Famous British Dance music brand Clubland launched Kpop 10 on their channel, ClublandTV, at 3pm and 10pm yesterday,  the first ever K-pop chart show on UK TV. The show featured a countdown of 10 of the channel’s favourite K-pop tracks which included some of Korea’s biggest names like BIGBANG, Girls’ Generation and SHINee as well as up and coming rookie groups like BTOB and of course featured an appearance from international superstar of the moment, PSY.

The show will be repeated again at 6pm on ClublandTV (Sky Channel 383, Freesat Channel 514) where you will be able to catch all the videos played yesterday one more time. UnitedKpop has been in contact with them and they have told us that although there are currently no concrete plans for a specific K-pop time slot they will be continually adding new K-pop songs to their playlist and if it proves popular they intend to continue to grow the chart and the presence of K-pop on their channel.

In the meantime, we’ve been asking you, on behalf of Clubland, on Facebook who you most want to see on your TVs in our poll. Make sure you vote as we will be sending the results directly back to them so that they can see which songs are most popular with UK fans and it may influence which songs they decide to play! Also those of you with access to Sky or Freesat TV make sure you have your TV’s turned to Clubland at 6pm to catch the show again and show them how popular K-pop is in the UK!
