The charity single ‘Korean Dream‘ that was created for the unification of North and South Korea had been released for South Korea’s National Independence Day on August 15. The title of the track offers forward hope for the dream that Korea, the world’s only divided country, will become united once again.
The lineup for this non-profit single was produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and features American singer Peabo Bryson, Korean Australian Dami Im who was the winner of The X Factor Australia and runner up on the Eurovision contest in 2016, soloist Jung Dongha and K-pop boy group Voisper! Additionally, Filipino singers Edray, Sabrina and Zendee and American Lauren Evans were also included in the track.

The idea of ‘Korean Dream‘ was created by US-based charity ONE K Global Campaign Organising Committee, and was the second song to be released from the One K Global Campaign Song Project.

The purpose for this single is to raise awareness and to further promote solidarity for the unification of Korea by bringing together singers and producers from different walks of life. It holds an inspiring message that supports the core elements of harmony and love for a country that has been split for over 70 years.
