These will be allowed into the venue, 1 per person, under the condition they are used safely.

Other merchandise items
Please only purchase form official sources, at the venue. Merchandise bought from unofficial traders will not be admitted to the venue.

Arrival times
Please do not arrive earlier than the advertised ‘doors-open’ time of 6pm. Wembley Arena and its facilities will not be accessible before this time. Wembley site is not suitable for early arrivals: there are no toilet facilities, near-by food outlets, or shelter in inclement weather. Early queuing is not permitted.

Professional cameras (anything with a 35mm+, or a detachable lens) and audio/video recording equipment, are not allowed

Age limits
Venue – no under 14yrs are allowed into the venue unless accompanied by an adult. ID may be requested

Standing floor – no under 14yrs are allowed on the standing floor under any circumstances; and 14-15yr olds must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over, again – ID may be requested

Cloakrooms
Items are charged of £1 each. There is very limited space, please do not bring anything other than essential items; it is likely that cloakrooms will become full to capacity, and unable to accept all items.

Parents waiting inside the venue
We cannot accommodate these requests, and would suggest meeting your party outside, on Arena Square.

Tickets
Please note the information on your ticket. Standing tickets are for the standing areas, and Seated for the seating bays. You may only access the area in your ticket, and swapping areas is not permitted

Any additional information will be updated on our website www.wembleyarena.co.uk; timing information is subject to change.

We have an excellent range of bars on site serving a mixture of hot and cold drinks, internationally renowned beers and fine wines
