Recently 4Minute member and ‘Gangnam Style girl’ HyunA graced the cover of the Spring/Summer 2013 edition of ‘POP’ magazine.
With the fashion accredited to Louby Mcloughlin and the photography to Young Kyu Kong, it makes you wonder you was responsible for the magazine’s strange design. The lack of magazine content displayed on the cover did make us wonder for a moment if this was a real magazine. But nevertheless, the magazine is indeed real as Cube Entertainment’s ‘CUBEUNITED’ Facebook page shared the image last night.
Despite the strange design, we can all agree it’s great to finally see someone other than PSY benefitting from Gangnam Style. Yoo Jae Suk and No Hong Chul did previously perform with PSY and MC Hammer at Times Square for New Years but unfortunately to the audience they were unrecognised as the original ‘guy in yellow suit’ and ‘elevator guy’.
Perhaps this is the beginning of Cube breaking into the UK market? Only time will tell. Until then, let’s hope HyunA’s next magazine appearance is on one with more suave design!
