Girl group BLACKPINK has been dominating the global charts, but they’re about to get even bigger – their first documentary is arriving on Netflix in the next few weeks.

The documentary ‘Light Up the Sky’ is set to feature behind-the-scenes footage of the girl group on their journey to stardom.

Viewers will get to see the recording process of the BLACKPINK’s ‘The Album’, their first full album since their debut in 2016. This also includes never-before-seen moments of the highs and lows of being a K-pop idol,as well as showcaing the members’ unique talents

‘Light Up the Sky’ will also feature the group’s 2019 Coachella performance, which solidified BLACKPINK’s international reach.

The documentary promises to show organic and honest moments that give viewers an first time look into the lives of BLACKPINK, as well as the  preparation each member puts into every song, performance and tour.

‘Light Up the Sky’ is set to premiere on 14th October.
