Following YG’s first announcement of a BIGBANG global cover contest with songs ‘Bad Boy’ and ‘Blue’, inviting fans to cover the songs in any creative means they can, the entertainment agency has now announced a second BIGBANG global cover contest, this time solely for dance with their track ‘Fantastic Baby’. Participants are to cover ‘Fantastic Baby’ through dance. To apply, you must first upload your cover to YouTube with the title ‘2012 BIGBANG COVER – FANTASTIC BABY’ and then submit it on their submission page here. There are prizes for the best 10 covers, with the prizes being a BIGBANG ‘ALIVE’ goods gift box and a signed CD with a message from BIGBANG themselves. However, there is one grand prize, the ‘FANTASTIC BABY AWARD’, the prize being a Seoul travel package [Airling ticket, accommodation and a YG office tour.]
The deadline is the 26th of March, 11:59PM KST. Top entries will be announced on April 17th and voting will end on the 24th with the winners then being announced on the 1st of May.
