Topp Dogg are a 13 member K-Pop group under the Stardom Entertainment. Having only debuted last year, they are rookies with some tough competition. However, their edgy style and versatility have meant that they have pushed their way onto the crowded K-Pop scene and caught many an eye. If you want to brush up your knowledge on the group a little more, you can take a look at our recent [Weekly Idol] feature on them.

The music video we will be focusing on for this particular style steal is ‘말로해 (Follow me)’. This was released back in October, before their most recent comeback in January with their second mini album ‘Arario’. It seems that this particular MV tends to fall by the wayside in terms of the coverage it is given, but this track is incredibly catchy and really gets your blood flowing. It has that type of crazy and sporadic beat that K-Pop often shows, but many of the members also show some great rapping skills. They are often compared to Super Junior for their 13 members, but these men definitely have quite a harder and more hip-hop-style image, especially in this MV.

You can watch it below:

The clothing here is quite typically ‘boyband’ in that all members have a very similar theme within their clothing, however, the slight differences in each give an extra dimension. Although there are about 5 different costume changes shown altogether, this piece focuses on the first 3. A simple white and denim combination, black and stud combination and a warm winter look.

Unfortunately, as past articles have covered, men’s clothing has yet to be as adventurous as K-Pop clothing. Topp Dogg’s outfits have an abundance of tassels and faux fur, but you will be hard pushed to find this for guys on the British high street. Luckily for us girls though, these flamboyant features might be a little easier to come by.

The key with these rather basic outfits is to spruce them up with some larger-than-life accessories. Anything outlandish like thick, gold and silver chains and large pendant necklaces will go great here. Of course the coats and big boots will also serve you well in the terrible weather conditions we are currently experiencing, so they are definitely worth the investment!
