What better way to combine your love for K-Pop and dancing by engaging in a healthy workout to your favourite artists! In August, NKH Fitness had an introductory session which seemed to spark some interest in future classes as she had announced an addition two sessions for October and November.

If you’re interested in attending, the 1 hour session is set to be running on Saturday October 14, from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at Platform (2 Tiltman Place, Hornsey Road, N7 7EE). You can purchase tickets at £7 from here. 

There’s currently 15 places left so if you’re interested, make sure to get a ticket to avoid disappointment! The session will include the following: 1 warm-up, 4 cardio workouts, 2 combat, 4 Tone/muscle conditioning and to finish off, 1 cool down.

Natasha also included some essential items that you’ll have to bring along, which comprise of exercise mats and dumbbells (1kg-1.5kg) and recommends that you have a bottle of water and a towel ready to help spur you on throughout the session! However, if you’re unable to make the October session (or alternatively want to be organised and plan in advance!), there’s also another planned for an evening class on Saturday November 4 at Pineapple Studios (7 Langley Street, WC2H 9JA London) from 6pm to 7pm.

Please note, if you’re planning on attending the November session, make sure to arrange at 5:45pm to complete your health questionnaires! The tickets for this class is £8 which you can buy from here!
