In celebration of Rosé’s birthday, the British Vogue website featured an article on the BLACKPINK singer, highlighting her best “off duty” looks.
The article’s author, Naomi Pike, featured a list of twelve of Rosé’s best casual looks. Pike ranked this sporty yet sexy look from July 2019 as Number 1.
