On 18th May, TWICE’s music video for their Japanese track Breakthrough surpassed 100 million views on YouTube. This makes it the girl group’s 17th music video to reach this milestone.
As of now, TWICE have surpassed 100 millions with their music videos: Like OOH-AHH, Cheer Up, TT, Knock Knock, Signal, Likey, Heart Shaker, What Is Love? Dance the Night Away, YES or YES, FANCY, Feel Special, MORE & MORE, I Can’t Stop Me, Candy Pop, TT (Japanese Version), and Breakthrough.
This makes them the girl group with the most music videos to surpass 100 million views.
In the past, this title belonged to British girl group Little Mix. With 16 music videos. However, TWICE have completely set a new world record with 17 music videos.
As TWICE prepares for their comeback on 11th June, perhaps the girls may end up beating their own world record.
