TINAMINA (A.K.A Justine Ok) is a Korean-American singer/songwriter and rapper. She has worked with a plethora of artists all over the globe, including K-Pop artists like 2NE1, Baek Ji Young and BoA as well as Britney Spears, Alicia Keys and and Kelly Clarkson.

TINAMINA has a degree in Songwriting from the Berklee College of Music, she also has a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

While working as a songwriter, TINAMINA worked with many different artists all over the world. Not only did she get involved with Korean and American artists, she also worked with musicians from Malaysia, Taiwan and Portugal. ‘Good Boy’ by Baek Ji Young feat. Jun Hyung of BEAST is one of the songs written by the songwriter turned rapper.

As she worked, she actually found herself practicing her rapping skills at karaoke and working on her own talents separately. TINAMINA explains in detail how her opportunity to show herself off as a rapper came about in the first part of the video below.

After catching some interest, she began to move slowly forward as an artist in her own right. Last month, she released the music video for her upbeat and catchy debut single ‘JELLO’.

TINAMINA is clearly a very talented individual, and there will undoubtedly be many fans keeping a close eye on her to see what she brings forward in the near future!
