What a whirlwind of a week it’s been for BTS following the release of Mic Drop, the collaborative remix track with Musician and DJ Steve Aoki and rapper Desiinger on November 24!
The single has been going strong on various European iTunes charts, which peaked at #1 in Ireland and #5 in the UK! It’s the highest charting song for a Korean group and now it could even have a chance of entering the Top 40 on the UK’s Official Chart!
There’s certainly a demand for them over here in Europe as their ARMY’s relentlessly supported the boys until their album Love Yourself ‘Her’ reached new heights for a Korean group, especially over here in the UK, to reach an impressive peak at #14 on the Official Chart! Now, there’s an opportunity for the group to have their first entry into the UK’s Official Singles Chart.
It had been revealed through a mid-week update that they were #30, so there’s definitely a good chance that you could be listening to them on radios all across the UK this Friday once the updated Top 40 has been unveiled!
