Korean cuisine fans, don’t forget the Korean Culture Centre UK (KCCUK) in London is hosting an event next week, so you can experience the tasty beef dish bulgogi first-hand.
The event is on Tuesday 23 June 2015 at 6.30pm. It will consist of an introduction of K-cuisine and bulgogi, a 60-minute chef’s demonstration and then an opportunity to taste the bulgogi. It’s the fourth of KCCUK’s K-cuisine lecture series.
