Lee Hae Ri, one half of the girl duo Davichi has released her first solo MV today, Pattern. It’s a pre-release single ahead of her first solo EP h, due out on April 19th.

As Davichi, Hae Ri debuted back in February 2008 along with Kang Minkyung, and their sweet yet powerful ballads have earned them high rankings on the music charts every time they release. Although she’s a trained classical pianist, Hae Ri is best known for her strong high notes as a singer, so it’s no surprise that she was a huge hit on King of Masked Singer earlier this year.

She’s also flown solo on another well-known singing show, Immortal Songs 2.

If further proof were needed of Hae Ri’s beautiful pipes, listen to her singing in English, the song How Far I’ll Go from Moana.

Check Davichi out here performing This Love at KCON LA. You’ll recognise the song if you watched 2016’s mega-drama Descendants of the Sun.
