We’re at the middle of June at the moment, but there’s been plenty of comebacks over the last month or so! This week, we’ve seen the return of rookie boy groups Pentagon and NCT 127, the bittersweet last album from T-ARA and a collaboration between fresh indie pair Bolbbalgan4 and 20 Years of Age. And as the second season of Produce 101 has come to an end, we now have a fresh new boy group on the way by the name Wanna One!

The first on the list is the boy group from Cube Entertainment, who returned for their comeback at the start of the week on June 12 with their 3rd Mini Album ‘Ceremony‘. Pentagon’s promotional title track is ‘Critical Beauty’, which is a catchy jazzy number matched with an old-school style attire sported by the boys in the music video!
Artist: Bolbbalgan4, 20 Years of Age
The popular indie duo have collaborated with singer-songwriter Hwang Dae Hyun (20 Years of Age) to create this acoustic single ‘We Loved‘. It’s a gentle track, complimented by the vocals in this song which mirrors the bittersweet emotions behind the lyrics as a result of an impending break-up.

And here’s another 2nd generation girl group nearing disbandment, T-ARA debuted back in 2009 making them an 8 year old girl group, as they return for their final comeback. They released their 13th Mini Album ‘What’s My Name?’, with the same promotional title track!

It’s the second comeback this year for the newest SM boy group, NCT 127! They returned with their 3rd Mini Album ‘NCT #127 Cherry Bomb‘, which entered into UK iTunes chart at #14! NCT 127 differ from the other groups under SM for their edgy, songs, almost experimental music videos and on occasion questionable fashion choices!

The final list consisting of the Top 11 had been revealed a few days ago for the hopeful contestants, now formed as the boy group ‘Wanna One‘. The performance videos for ‘Super Hot’, ‘Hands on Me‘ and ‘Always‘ have been posted on the Mnet Official YouTube account, the video for the former has been linked in below to relive the final!
