Radio 1’s Christmas Day programming included takeover playlist shows from this year’s hottest artists, including The Slaves and Little Mix – on the roster for midday was Korea’s hottest pop export, BTS.

The BTS members curated a playlist combining hip hop, pop and Christmas-themed tracks. Starting the show with Drake’s ‘God’s Plan’, the group made their way through hits including classics like ‘Happy Xmas (War is Over)’ by John Lennon, Yoko Ono & Plastic Ono Band featuring the Harlem Community Choir, with A$AP Rocky, Justin Beiber, Eminem and their own track Idol featuring Nicki Minaj thrown in for good measure. ‘Christmas Lights’ by Coldplay ended their hour-long playlist.
