French house label Dior are set to design BTS’ stage wear for their upcoming world tour.
English designer, Kim Jones, has designed “a series of seven stage costumes for each member”, according to GQ magazine. A sketch of the designs was also revealed, which consisted of utilitarian sportswear, stomper boots, and saddle bags. See the design below.
This is the first time that the French house will collaborate with BTS. On this collaboration, Jones said:
“I love BTS because they are really great guys and also super into fashion. Everyone I know is kind of crazy about them!”
Dior is a well-known label, who currently have a sold-out exhibition at the V&A Museum. With this level of success, as well as a futuristic turn in Dior menswear, many are excited to see the end result of these designs. Thankfully, we only have to wait until tomorrow.
