Five months after their debut, Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is back with their first full album; “The Dream Chapter: Magic” which features the enchanting title track, “Run Away”. Since the album’s release; the music video alone has sky rocketed to over seven million views on Youtube and battling for chart domination against big name groups including NU’EST and VAV.
The group’s debut has been in the pipeline for some time after the colossal success of their senior group, BTS and Big Hit founder, Bang Shi-Hyuk pulled out all the stops for introducing the five members; Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai. Despite the pressure of following BTS as the second Big Hit boy group, TXT have made a name of their own and have shattered records and charts with just their debuting discography. Their first track; “Crown” reached 14.5 million views on Youtube within the first 24 hours which smashed the record set by JYP’s monster rookies of the year, ITZY.
Since their first taste of success, the group has been treating international fans through a U.S Showcase Tour, various Youtube collaborations and an English version of their adorable side-track, “Cat & Dog”.
Promotions have just begun for the boys’ new song, “Run Away” but fans already appear to be enchanted by the magic of TXT and we cannot wait to see what else they have in store. The full album; “The Dream Chapter: Magic” is now available on all platforms including Apple Music and Spotify.
