With the start of April, there has been tricks and Easter treats but this year has not just been chocolate eggs and treats. This week has seen a rush of big comebacks and debuts that it has been hard to whittle them down into the top picks. This Week’s Top Picks
As the leader of Performance within Seventeen, Hoshi is always pushing for a show-stopping performance and his first mixtape is no different. Rounding out the Performance Unit’s collection of solo debuts; Spider is an alluring, electro R’n’B number that is luring fans into a frenzy.
A subtle feature on Saturday Night Takeaway, a Brit Award nomination for Best International Group; it is just a week in the life of BTS. However, the biggest news for ARMY this week may have been the release of their Japanese single, Film out which is already fuelling theories for the ever-evolving BTS Universe.
Despite plans to join the military next month, Baekhyun is definitely not planning to go quietly. With his third mini-album and title track, Bambi, he has evolved from a fresh-faced Idol to a suave solo artist who is stealing the hearts of his fans.
Next Week’s Ones to Watch
After a year of recovery and being away from the stage, Red Velvet’s Wendy is returning in a big way; by becoming the first member to release a solo album. Like Water is set for release on April 5th and is already teasing big collaborations with Yoo Young Jin Kenzie, minGtion, Coach&Sendo and a duet with fellow member, Seulgi.
