Daehan Drama, a subsidiary of the London Korean Drama Club, have just announced the first Korean Drama awards in the UK, to be held on October 10th in London.
The awards show will be co-hosted by the LKDC’s Founder, alongside a yet-to-be revealed up and coming Korean presenter, model and actress. The duo will announce the winners to 10 categories, as previously voted by you. Each category has 5 nominees, and if you’re interested, you can find the full list of nominees here.
Between the results of each category, instead of twiddling thumbs and waiting patiently, the audience will be treated to some performances – with the performers to be announced closer to the date.
The ceremony itself kicks off at 6:30pm on October 10th at the 5 star Bulgari Hotel in London, in their private screening room. The room can accommodate less than 100 people however, so be sure to grab a ticket to the event ASAP.
In addition to the performances, there will be prizes for the most accurate voters and an exclusive screening of a new UK Korean drama.
Tickets for the ceremony cost £10, whilst tickets for the reception only cost £14 – there’s also a double ticket deal for just £19 (a £5 saving). At the time of writing, there are 50 tickets left so get yourself one now from EventBrite, here!
