You might remember that the charity UNICEF (which is dedicated to helping vulnerable and impoverished children all over the world) released a special video back in 2014. SM Entertainment and UNICEF have now teamed up to create a new version!
This original video featured numerous celebrities from all backgrounds singing along to John Lennon’s ‘Imagine’. The celebrities included Katy Perry, Idris Elba, Nicole Scherzinger and Seth Green amongst many others. The video aimed to encourage the public to download an app to join in on the the singalong. Funds were then donated to UNICEF.
In the new version, the SMTOWN artists to be featured include: Super Junior’s Choi Siwon, TVXQ’s Changmin, Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun, SHINee’s Choi Minho, EXO’s Chen and Baekhyun, TRAX‘s Jay Kim, Lee Dong Woo, J-Min. The video also includes many of the artists featured in the original video.
