The main 9 Muses lineup is undergoing some changes again this year, but in the meantime, 9 Muses A is the first sub-unit from the Star Empire Entertainment girls group. The A stands for Amuse, as the girls intend to make audiences happy.
The ladies are Kyungri, Hyemi, Sojin and Keumjo. Hymei is the leader, Sojin is the rapper, Kyungri is the center, and Keumjo is the main vocalist.
It’s unsurprising that Hyemi is the leader, as she is the only one who is also one of the original 9 Muses lineup from debut in 2010. Kyungri joined 9 Muses in 2012, and Sojin and Keumjo are the newest members having joined in 2015. Keumjo is the maknae of both groups.
The teaser images and MV for their sub-unit debut isn’t a massive departure from 9 Muses’ regular image of sexy leggy ladies. There’s plenty of leg on display again, and Lip 2 Lip‘s name and teaser MV look to be a sizzling combo.
Their debut album Muses Diary, with lead track Lip 2 Lip, will be out in Korea tomorrow, on August 4th. The new MV will be released at 12pm KST (4am UK time).
