The Metro, a tabloid format newspaper distributed for free on public transport across the UK, announced that their artist of the day on Tuesday 13th June 2017 was Love X Stereo.

Drawing comparisons to LIGHTS and Shiny Toy Guns, the tabloid format newspaper described the group as “criminally underrated”, commending their work ethic and talent. The duo are also praised for their appearance at Focus Wales 2017, at which they were “one of the most accomplished and articulate artists of the weekend.”
