Last week, British fashion brand Mulberry kicked off their international expansion with a series of events across Seoul. This follows Mulberry’s announcement earlier this year of a new business agreement with SHK Holdings Limited to form a new majority-owned entity to operate the Group’s business in South Korea.
The fashion show, which took place Thursday September 6 at the K Museum, was the first of many immersive experiences. After the catwalk show, guests were able to view and purchase the new AW18 collection at Mulberry’s pop-up store. This includes a limited-edition capsule of Small Harlow bags, available exclusively in Korea. Additional events throughout the weekend included daily film screenings, a bar serving British cocktails, and a selfie studio.
Attending the event were BlackPink’s Lisa and Rosé, who were both rocking pieces from the AW18 collection. Other guests included Irene Kim, Aimee Song, influencer twins Aya and Amiaya.
