BIGBANG is back, with all 5 members in tow and are on their way to Belfast, Northern Ireland for the MTV EMA Awards which they have been nominated for. After winning in the category of ‘Asia Pacific’, BIGBANG was then nominated for the ‘Worldwide Act’ category and are up against several other acts from across the world, including Britney Spears.
Seungri hyped up VIPs yesterday with a post on his me2day account, revealing, “BIGBANG has been nominated in the Worldwide Act category for MTV EMA 2011. It’s an opportunity to see all 5 members of Big Bang. Only you can make it.”
VIPs were not disappointed when all 5 members of BIGBANG appeared at Icheon Airport on November 3rd (KST). Fans and paparazzi swarmed the airport to see them all together again.
BIGBANG is heading to Belfast for the MTV EMA Awards on November 6th, they are one of the 5 nominees up for ‘Worldwide Act’ and are representing Asia. If they win this will be the first time a South Korean band has won at the MTV EMA awards.
