Ingredients:
– 1/2 tsp of yeast
– 50ml of water
– 1/2 tsp of sugar
– 1 1/2 cups of flour
– 100ml of milk
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– 100 ml of brown sugar
– 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
– 3 tbsp of crushed walnuts
– vegetable oil
Step 1: Mix the yeast, sugar and water in a little bowl and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Step 2: Sieve the flour, then add the milk, salt and the yeast water. Mix it well, until it is a smooth consistency.
Step 3: Cover the bowl with cling film, leaving it in a warm place for 3 hours in order for it to ferment.
Step 4: While you wait, make the stuffing for the pancakes. To do this, simply mix the cinnamon powder, brown sugar and walnuts into a bowl.
Step 5: Apply some oil to your hands so they don’t stick! Then, grab a generous amount of the dough and flatten it. Then add a spoonful of stuffing onto it. Seal the dough by simply making it into a ball shape.
Step 6: Repeat the same process with the rest of the dough.
Step 7: Add some oil into a frying pan, letting it heat up for 30-40 seconds.
Step 8: Place the dough balls into the frying pan, allowing them to cook on a medium heat. Flip them over when the bottom is cooked and golden brown.
Step 9: Once you have flipped them over, flatten it with your spatula so it becomes a pancake shape! Let it cook until it is golden like the other side.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
