Park Hyung-Sik is best known as member of ZE:A (otherwise known as Children of Empire), but has recently become a popular icon amongst K-drama fans. The singer-actor is best known for his work in ‘High Society’, ‘Hwarang’ and ‘Strong Woman Do Bong Soon’.
He first debuted as a member of ZE:A in 2010, with their debut song ‘Malzetov’ which was released as a part of their debut single album ‘Nativity’. However, he first began his acting career in 2012, where his first roles involved him featuring in SBS’s special drama ‘I Remember You’ along with SBS’s ‘Dummy Mommy’ in the same year. Park Hyungsik alongside acting, participated in the reality TV show, ‘The Romantic & Idol’ with 4MINUTE’s Jihyun. Referring back to his latest dramas, Park Hyung Sik has since developed an increase in popularity since his second leading-role as a chaebol in High Society in 2015. Since his success in ‘High Society’, he has participated as a main lead in ‘Hwarang’ in late-2016, where he also sang an OST for the drama. The emotional ballad captures the romantic feelings conveyed between his character and the female protagonist – A drama definitely worth watching if you’re looking to see some flower boys in action!
Following ‘Hwarang’, he obtained his first leading role in ‘Strong Woman Do Bong Soon’.
