Highlight’s Yang Yoseob is back this week with a solo album, White, and lead track Where I am Gone.

Yoseob was inspired by the British novel Me Before You to write this song, and has worked hard to contribute both composition and production for this second solo album.

Yoseob is the main vocalist of Highlight, and made his debut with the group (then known as Beast) in October 2009. He released his first solo album, Caffeine, back in 2012.

Aside from his group and solo releases, his sweet vocals were on the OST for KBS drama Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth. He’s also been a regular judge on Mnet’s The Voice Korea Kids (yes, just like the BBC show). He also played Joseph in the Seoul staging of Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, and was featured in the New York Times. In 2014 he also featured on several episodes of the solo living show I Live Alone.
