A well-balanced meal that’s easy to make, and easy on the wallet? Mapadubu is the dish you need. This colourful mix of tofu, meat and veg originated from China, but it’s very popular in Korea too. Just chop the veggies, meat and tofu and stir fry it up. Serve it with rice and you won’t need any side dishes, as it’s super filling. Use chicken, beef or pork as you wish, or you can make a veggie version too.
