With the growing popularity of kpop across the world, fans have found their favourites slipping across different forms of media, like exclusive easter eggs.

The most recent of this can be found in British Soap Opera, Eastenders. In an episode aired June 16th 2020, fans spotted Kill This Love by BLACKPINK playing behind the scene.

It is safe to say this was one of the most unexpected mash-ups.

This isn’t the first time that BLACKPINK have appeared in unexpected places. The music video for BLACKPINK’s “As If It’s Your Last” featured in Barry Allen (aka The Flash)’s ‘secret base’ during Justice League. Red Velvet also featured in 2020’s Trolls: World Tour, which aimed to celebrate people and music from around the world, by playing the KPOP trolls and providing their music.
