Turbo have reunited for their twentieth anniversary, the title track of their sixth album is Again, a track that features Yoo Jae Suk’s narration.

Their original time in the spotlight was between 1995 and 2000, and Turbo members Kim Jong Kook (of Running Man), Kim Jung Nam and Mikey have joined the numerous first generation groups to return in recent years.

Again’s setting would have been perfectly futuristic were it still the late 90s; and that’s exactly why Again is a flawless comeback from Turbo, because it’s beautifully nostalgic despite it’s 2015 quality. There’s even use of wide angle shots, and close up interaction with the camera that are reminiscent of first generation mv styles.
Their performance captures all the past spirit of Turbo, but with a modern gloss added. With their easy to follow choreography, and light-hearted spirit you can’t help but enjoy this track.

There’s also added humour from Cha Tae Hyun and Lee Kwang Soo in the mv. Kwang Soo, who appears on Running Man with Jong Kook, performances his own funny interpretation of the Again choreography towards the end of the mv alongside the female dancers.

Turbo’s return is definitely one to check out, and a perfect why to help end 2015.
