For this weeks ‘Friday Foods’ we look at how to make kimchi tofu baked roll. Keep reading to find out how!
Ingredients:
– Kimchi (click here to see our step by step instructions on how to make kimchi)
– Tofu
– Bread powder
– Salt
– Pepper
– Garlic
– Sesame oil
– Spring onions
– Wheat powder
– Egg
Step 1: After chopping and draining the kimchi, place into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Wash and drain the tofu. Then, smash it.
Step 3: Mix the kimchi and tofu.
Step 4: Then add and mix with bread powder, salt, pepper, garlic, sesame oil, and spring onions.
Step 5: Make 2 knuckle size balls with the mixed ingredients.
Step 6: Add wheat powder on the ball and cover with a simple egg mixture.
Step 7: Bake on the pan!
Step 8: Eat with your desired sauce.
