Hi everyone! Today I’m going to walk you through the steps to achieve this nice summery look by Secret’s Hyosung in her new Music Video “Good Night Kiss“.

Starting out with a clean face, make sure you’ve sufficiently moisturised and primed, and today we’re going to begin with the brows. You want to make them look natural and straight, with a slight curve at the end. The highest point should as usual be right above the outer corners of you eyes.

If you’re having trouble finding a suitable colour for your brows, a nice rule is to keep it a shade lighter than your current hair colour!

Next, it’s time to get out your favourite foundation or BB cream. Today I’m using the Etude House Precious mineral BB cushion cream for an even and nice complexion. If you tend to have oily shin then it might be a good idea to use a powder foundation on top.

Next, I’m taking my peach Etude house blush and giving my cheeks a light brush. You want to make sure this doesn’t come out too heavy.  Finishing off my face, I’m adding the Goddess Face compact highlighter on the heights of my face.

For the eyes, you want to start out with a light champagne colour all across the lids. Then, line your upper lids using a rich brown shade, and blending it out and upwards, creating an illusion of deeper eyes.

For this look, I’m going to be using a gel liner and an angled brush. The trick for this liner look in particular is that we don’t want to create the usual wing out. In stead, you’ll want to try to elongate your eyes by following the natural line slightly outwards and down. Then, line your eyes as normal and as close to the lashes as possible.

Now for the fun part!

Grab a light green/lime colour, and line it under your lower lash line. Don’t worry about overdoing it, it should be quite vibrant. Then, use a darker green colour – I’ve got my Clio Gel liner – and line it as close to your lashes as possible, focusing on the outer parts of your eyes and coming about 2/3 in. Then blend it out, adding more of the lime colour if you feel like it’s too dark. You’ll want a smooth transition in the colours.

If you want, you can do as I have and line your waterline using a nice bright colour, it’s really up to you!

I really must have been n a different planet while filming this, as I moved straight on to my lips!

Of course use your favourite mascara to finish off your eyes. I’m using here the Etude House Lash 3 step volume and curling mascara, which gives my lashes the curl and volume I’m looking for in 3 easy steps. Be careful on your lower lashes, as you don’t want the mascara to overpower the colours.

For the lips, I had some difficulty in finding the right shade of natural pink that Hyosung is bringing. But I started out with a nude base, adding a pink over it and finishing off with the Tony Moly lip tint, creating a more natural ombre look. Play around, and find the colour that best matches you and your look!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial, and make sure to comment if you have any questions, requests for my next tutorial, or if you’ve tried any of these looks yourself!
