More hot and simple Korean street food for you to try out this week! Gyeran bbang, egg bread, is a simple tasty winter treat that’s cheap and easy to pick up from street vendors in Korea. A whole egg is cooked inside the bread so it’s pretty filling.

It’s best served hot and not reheated, so only make as many as you can eat in one go (or are willing to share…) tastes great with maple syrup, or add cheese, bacon and herbs to make it into a yummy breakfast treat.
