Bom Carrot of eccentric, electronic duo Tirikilatops has started a Cooking Show during lockdown. Her first offering is a simple vegetarian Kimbap recipe.
You will need:
- Sticky Rice
- Seaweed sheets
- Eggs
- Carrots
- Garlic
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Oil
- Mustard (dressing)
- Soy Sauce (dressing)
Utensils:
- Teaspoon
- Pan or Rice Cooker
- Frying Pan
- Grater
- Spatula
- Chopsticks/fork/spoon for stirring
- Kimbap/Sushi rolling mat – a quick google search shows you can get one of these for as little as £1.50 all over the internet! YouTube can also provide you with videos on making a rolling mat, or even show that with a little patience you can roll your kimbap or sushi without a mat!
