Bom Carrot of eccentric, electronic duo Tirikilatops has started a Cooking Show during lockdown. Her first offering is a simple vegetarian Kimbap recipe.

You will need:

  • Sticky Rice
  • Seaweed sheets
  • Eggs
  • Carrots
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Oil
  • Mustard (dressing)
  • Soy Sauce (dressing)

  • Teaspoon
  • Pan or Rice Cooker
  • Frying Pan
  • Grater
  • Spatula
  • Chopsticks/fork/spoon for stirring
  • Kimbap/Sushi rolling mat – a quick google search shows you can get one of these for as little as £1.50 all over the internet! YouTube can also provide you with videos on making a rolling mat, or even show that with a little patience you can roll your kimbap or sushi without a mat!
  • Tape measure (optional)
  • Masked assistant (optional)
  • Elaborate costume (optional)

Bom makes this recipe look super simple, so if you can grab anything that isn’t already in your cupboards on your next trip for essentials, you will have no problem making yourself this tasty Korean staple.
